Can orders be cancelled?
Possible, with a chance of meatballs. Okay, not the meatballs. However, due to the nature of print-on-demand, your order is directly routed to a manufacturer immediately after checkout. This helps ensure the fastest turn-around time.
Due to the immediacy of this process, there is no guarantee that an order can be cancelled before it reaches production status. If you need to request a cancellation, please send a message as soon as possible through the contact link. Please include your order number in the message. As soon as your message is received and read, the production status of your order will be verified with the print-on-demand provider.
- If production has not begun: Your order will be cancelled and you will be issued a full refund to your original payment method. However please be aware it can take up to 10 business days for the refund to appear back in your account.
- If production has already started: At this stage the item(s) are already in the process of physically being created for you, and unfortunately the order cannot be cancelled.
