Refund policy

We all have regrets. Your t-shirt shouldn't be one of them. If you don't like how your item looks or fits, you have 14 business days to initiate a return. Items must be returned in their original condition to receive a refund.

14-Day Return Window

The return window is active for 14 business days from the date of delivery of the last item in your order. The date of delivery is the date that the carrier has marked as delivered. Once those 14 days has passed, unfortunately returns will not be accepted and refunds will not be issued.

What Is Refunded 

Once your order has been received and confirmed that the items are in their original condition, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method. Your refund includes:

  • The full retail price you paid for the item(s)
  • The shipping fee you paid at checkout

Where to Send a Return

  • All returns must be sent to the British Columbia, Canada address where Wacky Shirts for Average Mortals is located.
  • The exact Canadian return address will be sent to you directly once you initiate the return process.

Unfortunately because every item is custom-printed to order by print-on-demand provider Gelato, the items cannot be returned to the original fulfillment location Gelato shipped your order from. 

Return Shipping Cost

  • You are responsible for the return shipping cost. I know, it sucks! 
  • Tracking is highly recommended! Refunds can only be issued once the item physically arrives.

Initiate a Return

  1. Use the Contact link to message me you'd like to make a return
  2. Title your message as a return and include your order number
  3. You will get a reply within 1 business day providing you with the exact British Columbia, Canada address to send your order
  4. Package and ship your order to the address provided. Tracking is highly recommended! 
  5. Once your return is received and it is confirmed that the items are in their original condition, you will be refunded the full retail price of the item(s) and shipping fee you paid at checkout.
  6. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Exchanges

Because items are only made when an order has been placed, exchanges are not possible. Instead, please use the 14-day return window to return any unwanted items and place a new order for a different size or item.
